Information we use

For a Bid Loss Review request, we use the contact details, company information, service area, solicitation references, public procurement links, and message you choose to provide so we can evaluate and answer the request.

What not to send

Do not submit SAM.gov or procurement-platform passwords, portal credentials, banking information, Social Security numbers, EIN supporting documents, employee personal data, or other sensitive identity documents through the website.

Form and email processing

The review form is processed by FormSubmit, which emails the submission to hello@bidreframe.com and sends a receipt to the work email supplied. FormSubmit states that submission records are retained for 30 days. Copies delivered to BidReframe remain in its business mailbox until removed under the retention approach below.

How information is handled

BidReframe does not sell sensitive business materials submitted for a review. Access is limited to the operator and service providers needed for website hosting, form processing, email, approved storage, and payments. Public procurement information may come from official government websites and other third-party public sources.

Retention and choices

Unconverted inquiries are planned for deletion 90 days after the last meaningful contact. Project retention and legally required invoice records will be stated in the accepted scope. A minimal suppression record may be retained to honor permanent do-not-contact requests.
