Scope and delivery

Each paid engagement will identify the solicitation, deliverables, source-page limit, revision allowance, fees, required inputs, and delivery dates. Timelines begin after scope acceptance, required payment, and complete inputs.

Client responsibilities

The client remains responsible for the truth and completeness of all facts, qualifications, references, prices, staffing claims, certifications, signatures, and the final submission. Only the client’s authorized representative submits the bid.

Public-record reviews

A Bid Loss Review reflects cited public records and the materials the requester chooses to provide. A weakness in a written proposal does not establish an operational weakness. Evaluator reasoning may be incomplete, and different wording does not guarantee a different award.

Third-party sources

Public procurement data may come from official agency systems or other third-party public sources. BidReframe does not control their availability, accuracy, or later changes.

Before paid services open

The final service agreement must identify the legal operator, business address, applicable law, payment terms, refund milestones, and liability terms. Paid checkout remains unavailable until those details are completed.
